Acceptable use

CelebrityEmail.com provides professional representation contact information for legitimate business, press and fan-mail purposes. You agree not to use the data for harassment, spam, or any unlawful purpose, and not to contact personal (non-business) channels.

Business contacts only

All published contacts are professional/business contacts. We do not provide personal contact information and prohibit attempts to use the service to obtain it.

Accuracy

Each record shows a verification date. We work to keep records fresh but make no warranty that any record is current at the moment you view it. Representation changes frequently.

Accounts & subscriptions

The Pro plan is a recurring subscription, billed monthly or annually in advance per the plan you select, through our payment processor (Stripe). Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

Cancellations & refunds

No refunds. Cancel anytime and keep access through your paid period. You can cancel at any time from your account (Manage subscription). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep full Pro access until that period ends, and you are not charged again. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or the current period after a cancellation.

Fair use & no scraping

Pro access is a personal subscription for looking up individual records. You agree not to scrape, crawl, bulk-download, systematically extract, resell, republish, or redistribute the data, and not to share your account or use automated tools to harvest records. To protect the service, access is rate-limited, and we may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse it — without a refund. Bulk or programmatic access is available only under a separate written agreement.

Removal requests

Representatives may request correction or removal of a record as described in our Privacy Policy.
