| Dear Mr. Bush, I can't beleive the shcool cutts that have been made here in Iowa. My son and daughter are struggling badly. There's no after school programs or even a summerschool. The school here wants ME to hire them 20.00 an hour to tuttor my kids. What kind of bull is this? I came from Wisconsin and they had all this available to our children.
